Sports Fundamentals Camp

At the On The Map Youth Fundamentals Camp, we do more than just teach skills—we build complete athletes. Rooted in our holistic training philosophy, this summer camp is designed to develop youth athletes ages 8–13 through a powerful blend of fundamental skill instruction, mental performance training, team-building activities, and recovery education.

Whether your child is new to sports or looking to sharpen their game, our camp focuses on the total athlete:
Physical Development – Core strength, agility, speed, and coordination drills.
Sport Fundamentals – Technique, footwork, and position-based instruction.
Mental Resilience – Focus-building games, confidence drills, and leadership lessons.
Healthy Habits – Nutrition education, hydration tips, and recovery basics.

What Makes Us Different?

Our camp goes beyond the typical sports camp. We integrate sports psychology, character development, and smart training techniques that reduce burnout and boost confidence—key challenges facing today’s youth athletes. We create a fun, challenging, and supportive environment where your athlete can grow on and off the field.
